The Please Don’t Destroy boys are being split up on “Saturday Night Live.”
Ben Marshall, who makes up one-third of the comedy trio responsible for several viral “SNL” digital shorts over the last four seasons, was one of five new additions to the featured cast announced on Tuesday. Following the news of his promotion, Variety learned that while Martin Herlihy will remain on the writing staff, John Higgins has exited the series.
Marshall, Higgins and Herlihy are currently on tour together, and will continue working together on projects outside of “Saturday Night Live.”
