From Frankenstein’s monster to Cookie Monster, there is a little something for everyone coming to Netflix this November.
The month will see the arrival and return of some of the streamer’s most beloved shows. At the top of the list is “Stranger Things.” Volume one of the nostalgic series’ fifth and final season will arrive on Nov. 26, debuting the first four episodes. Volume two, featuring the subsequent three episodes, will release on Christmas day. Then, the 2-hour series finale will premiere New Years Eve on the streamer and in theaters.
Back in the right side-up, the Awards season will pick up steam, with Guillermo del Toro’s “Frankenstein” landing on the streamer on Nov. 7. Other Netflix originals debuting this month that have garnered some awards buzz include Richard Linklater’s “Nouvelle Vague” and Clint Bentley’s “Train Dreams,” arriving Nov. 14 and Nov. 21, respectively.
The unscripted world will be just as thrilling, with “Squid Game: The Challenge” returning on Nov. 4 and the live “Jake Paul vs. Tank Davis” fight airing Nov. 14. For a more mellow reality, Season 4 of “Selling The OC” arrives Nov. 14 and “One Shot with Ed Sheeran” will showcase the singer’s New York City concert live on Nov. 21.
Lastly, Netflix’s youngest viewers will relish in “Sesame Street’s” arrival on the streamer on Nov. 10 and Season 12 of “Gabby’s Dollhouse” on Nov. 17. There’s also a slew of holiday content for the whole family, with festive original shows and films featuring “Christmas” and “Santa” in the title, as well as holiday specials of “The Great British Baking Show” and “Is It Cake?”
